These terms apply when you use the Quelane app and its server, run by the Quelane team. By creating an account you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.
Your account
- Give a real email address that you can read. We use it for sign-in codes and account emails.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law in your country requires it.
Your content
The tasks, projects, habits and comments you create stay yours. You let us store and show them only to run the app for you and for the members of the projects you share.
Acceptable use
Do not use Quelane to break the law, to send spam or abuse, to harm other people, or to attack or overload the service. Do not invite people to projects without a reason they would expect.
The service
We work to keep Quelane running and your data safe, but we give the service "as is", without a promise that it is always available or free of errors. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot lose. We can change or stop features. If we stop the whole service, we tell you first so you can ask for your data.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app. We can suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost data or lost profit from using Quelane. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law in your country gives you and that cannot be removed by contract.
Changes
If these terms change, we update the date above. For larger changes, we tell you in the app or by email before they apply.
